Sports Hub Classes

Classes are held in the Irene Watson Room (IWR). The Irene Watson Room is in the North West Corner on Level 5, Union House, right next to the Adelaide University Sports Association Office.

Additional Classes will be scheduled as instructors become available.

CARDIO BLAST & B.A.T.with Jonie

Additional class beginning in week two of Semester Two on Tuesday at 12:00pm

A fun, high intensity aerobic class for those who want to get the most out of their cardio workout. It's based on a range of martial arts and boxing moves. Join us to punch, kick and bob your way to a fitter body. Class duration: 50 minutes.

Tuesday 12:00pm & Thursday 5:30pm

B.A.T. (Butt, Abs & Thighs)

Attack your body from the waist down using your own body weight for a range of muscle conditioning exercises. Come and enjoy the cool music and shape your body at the same time. Sutiable for all fitness levels and no coordination required. Class Duration: 50 minutes.

 CIRCUIT CLASS

A great combination of cardio mixed with resistance training to give you an all over workout. Using our hydrolic equipment designed to mimic isokinetic muscle contractions, and an array of exercises utilising dumbells, barbells and fitballs to hit your core. Suitable for all fitness levels and no coordination required. Class Duration: 50 minutes.

SPIN CYCLE with Laura & Charlie - Back for Semester Two!!

Get your helmets on and get ready for the best cardio workout you have ever seen.  Spin Cycle classes are the best way to lose weight, tone up, burn those thighs and have a blast at the same time!  If you're looking for a high intensity extreme cycling workout then this is the class for you.  Laura & Charlie will take you on a fitness journey without even leaving the gym!  Beginning in the second week of Semester Two.
